Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Andrea completed her Massage Therapy training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and has spent the last 10 years working with the team at Bayview Therapeutic Massage. Andrea has always been interested in health and wellness and has a passion for learning about the human body. It was her love of anatomy and physiology as well as her desire to help people that led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.
When she is not working, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends and always tries to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
Andrea treats a wide variety of conditions including sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, neuromuscular dysfunction and musculoskeletal imbalances. She also believes in the use of Massage Therapy for the prevention and management of chronic pain and stress. During appointments, Andrea uses various techniques and develops individualized treatment plans that take the entire body and it’s compensating structures into consideration. It is her goal to facilitate the body’s ability to heal and help restore it to it’s optimal level of performance.
